Received persimmons are stored in warehouses, selected, and then
undergo peeling process
for semi-dried and dried persimmon production.
After stem trimming, peeled persimmons are classified for semi-dried and dried types Dried persimmon types are cut into 3-4 pieces and slowly dried at low temperature and low wind maintaining natural flavor and color while achieving high sugar content and chewy texture.
By incorporating the distinctive chewy flavor of semi-dried and dried persimmons and entirely removing their natural astringency, we undergo a process that enhances the sugar content. These persimmons are then stored frozen and repackaged as needed when ordered, ensuring we deliver the most reliable premium products to our consumers.
